Development of the product has been inspired by the growing need for EMC shielded rack cabinets and secured work environments. Our aim was to develop a product that incorporates EMC shielded and other physical security solutions while providing high value for money and adhering to most stringent requirements.

HUBELKAM is a modular chamber. Installation is very easy as one only needs to secure the panels to each other assemble the final product, one only need to mind the proper alignment. Following the installation instructions guarantees a short build time at the final location. The panels join seamlessly with a very tight fit, high-quality gaskets guarantee the desired attenuation levels between the panels.

There are two honeycomb ventilation panels on two opposite sides of the chamber providing fresh air while maintaining EMC shielded attenuation levels. Power lines are filtered with industry standard power filters from European manufacturers. The door is made out of the same material as the modular panels, locking is done with a manual latch mechanism. Manufacturing takes approximately 4-6 weeks from confirmed order date, installation and delivery takes 10-12 days, customer can choose to purchase the chamber as a kit with installation instructions. The chamber comes with 1 year standard warranty that can be extended on request. The chamber is not painted because of the special galvanic coating of the material.


European Origin

Product design and manufacturing is done by Hungarian engineers and professionals. We provide 1 year EU warranty for the product; warranty extension is also available on request.

EMC Shield

HUBELKAM is tested to meet 100-110dB EMC attenuation, it also meets physical security requirements to store hardware components that contain sensitive information.


Sound attenuation

Our special chamber not only gives EMC attenuation but also reduces outside noises. The standard build gives 40-50dB sound attenuation, this level can be increased optionally.


Size

Due to the modular build of our chamber customized sizes are easy to manufacture. The standard build allows for 4-20m2 area chambers which should be suitable for most requirements. Different sizes are also available upon request.


Material

The specially coated metal alloy is inspected before manufacturing. The different parts of the chamber are tested during different phases of the manufacturing process. After the first assembly certified and documented EMC measurements are carried out by our professionals.
